- There are 3 titles in the Alpine racer series: Alpine Racer, Alpine Racer 2 and Alpine Racer 3.
- Once made of highly polished wood, most skis are now made of plastics, polyurethane foam, and other materials.
- Traditional competitive skiing is comprised of four events, two of which are known as Alpine events (downhill and slalom).

Hints & Tips:
- Try different difficulty levels. Higher difficulty levels earn you more experience towards Skills Points!
- Stay on your feet! Crashing will not only cost you precious seconds, but experience towards Skill Points as well!
- Turning will cause a loss of speed. Stay in a straight line as long as possible!
- Watch out for different kinds of snow on the course. Some types of snow may prevent acceleration!
- On each course, find the optimal path down the mountain to shave off precious seconds.
