How to Play
Goal:
Join Chefs Peter Pepper and Sally Salt as they help their uncle thwart the dastardly Vinnie Vinegar. Scale the platforms and assemble the burgers to clear the levels!
Rules and Scoring:
- Run over a burger piece in order to drop it to the level below. If it hits another piece, that piece will fall down a level as well. Complete each level by assembling all of the burgers.
- Stun your enemies with your mighty pepper shaker
- Get bonus points and lives by grabbing items:
- 250 points - Potato Chips
- 500 points - Ice-Cream Cone
- 1000 points - A Cup of Coffee
- 1250 points - Cup of Tea
- Extra Life - French Fries
- Grab special items to freeze, cook, or salt them to your tastes:
- Ketchup Bottle - Kills all enemies on the map.
- Salt Shaker - Stuns all enemies on the map.
- Ice Cube - Player becomes invulnerable for a short time and will freeze any enemy touched.
- Burning Cocktail - Player becomes invulnerable for a short time and will scorch any enemy touched.
- Bubble - Player can blow a bubble and rise one level without a ladder.
- Energy Drink - Player's speed temporarily increases.
Mode:
- Story Mode: Progress through the story mode and stop Vinnie Vinegar!
- Quick Play: Play random levels until your lives run out!
Controls:
- Keyboard – Use the direction keys to move throughout the board. Press SPACEBAR to fire pepper shots.
Hints & Tips:
- Earn big points by squashing your edible adversaries with falling ingredients or dropping a piece out from under them!
- Be patient. Stand on the far edge of a piece and wait for an enemy to get on, then drop him!
- Start at the top of the level so the falling pieces bump down the ones below.
