Goal:

Players are tasked with finding randomly selected items from a list of objects hidden into a scene. Throughout the game, players will also be challenged by a number of fun and engaging minigames involving picture riddles (also known as a "rebus"), playing cards, tower defense and other unique puzzles. In addition, the players can activate a special gadget at any time, allowing them to scan each room for additional ghosts, each with its own humorous backstory.

Controls:

• Use the mouse to search through each scene and click on the hidden objects appearing in the Item List.
• Moving the mouse to the edge of the screen will cause the camera to pan in that direction.
• Click the Magnifying Glass to enter the "Ghost Realm", where the Minor Spirits can be found.
• By scanning the mouse over the screen, the spirits will be slowly revealed both onscreen and by a telltale sound.
• Pressing the HINT button will highlight one hidden object on the screen and will use up one light on the Hint Meter.

Tips & Tricks:

• Need another hint? Find all the objects in a room to restore one light on the Hint Meter.
• Try using the Magnifying Glass to search for Minor Spirits. Each room has at least one!
• Be sure to read up on all the Minor Spirits in your Ghost menu to learn about all the eccentric and odd characters that haunt the Burtons' Mansion.
• Every area of the house has a main room and three other rooms to explore.
• Find all the objects in each area to lure the area's ghost out of hiding.
• Randomly clicking around on the screen makes the ghosts really mad! Don't say we didn't warn you!
