SAN JOSE, CA – October 25, 2004 – Namco America Inc., a leading publisher of wireless games and content, announced today five new titles to be released during this holiday season through early 2005, adding to their exciting catalog which already includes the Top Ten mobile hits PAC-MAN ® and Ms. PAC-MAN ®.

Namco's holiday line-up covers several popular mobile game genres in order to give wireless customers a range of thrilling and fun applications, including arcade hits like Galaga ®, Xevious ®, and Mr. Driller ®, prize-based wireless tournaments like Ms. PAC-MAN For Prizes™, and the wireless version of the music genre hit game, TAIKO: Drum Master™. These titles will be available through leading U.S. carriers.

Galaga by Namco
One of the longest running hits in arcade history is coming to mobile devices. Re-developed specifically for the wireless handset, Galaga by Namco will allow mobile game players to re-live one of the greatest arcade classics in the palm of their hand.

Game Description - Board your Fighter; defend against alien fire and escape their collision-course formation attacks. Retrieve captured fighters from the boss alien's tractor-beam to become a Dual Fighter with double the fire power.

Xevious by Namco
The classic mother of vertical scrollers comes to the mobile phone.

Game Description - You and your Fighter Plane are the last hope for Earth against the invading alien onslaught in the mobile version of this classic arcade shooter. Defend yourself against airborne and ground-based Xevious defenses. Get through the alien barricade and destroy the Mother Ship.

Mr. Driller by Namco
From the 90s arcade and console hit comes Mr. Driller for the mobile phone. Game Description- Mysterious blocks are overrunning town. Armed with his mighty drill, Mr. Driller must travel through the blocks to find their source in this simple-to-learn but deceptively challenging and panic-inducing puzzler!

Ms. PAC-MAN For Prizes
With the success of the mobile version of the classic Ms. PAC-MAN, Namco will now also offer a tournament edition of the game. This version of Ms. PAC-MAN will leverage the mobile platform's ability to hold online head-to-head and tournament play, allowing wireless customers to play this already successful mobile game against others for prizes.

Game Description – Download the new tournament edition of the hit Ms. PAC-MAN and play for PRIZES! Complete four levels from the classic Ms. PAC-MAN game in head-to-head competition, or play in the weeklong progressive tournament.

TAIKO: Drum Master
In conjunction with the US console release of the Japanese phenomena, Namco will soon release the mobile version of this addictive drumming and rhythm game.

Game Description - Summon the town's characters for a big party; call them together by beating the drums to the fifteen songs included with the game! Hit the beat right and the crowd shows up; get out of rhythm and the party's a wash out. The beat is on with TAIKO: Drum Master!
