Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR USE OF WIRELESS SERVICE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR USE OF WIRELESS SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Dates of Promotion: "The Wolfman" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 12, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States plus District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and household members of Namco Networks America Inc (collectively the "Sponsors") and each of their respective affiliated and parent companies, divisions, contractors, Subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and any others involved in this promotion's production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, The National Sweepstakes Company (the "Sweepstakes Administrator") herein (the "Sweepstakes Entities"), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law.
How To Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:
A. PURCHASE VIA PHONE: Follow the three (3) steps below to enter via phone:
1) If you have a wireless Handset or Portal WAP Deck capable device ("Device(s)"), go to www.namcogames.com/thewolfman and follow instructions to purchase and download the mobile game. You may be charged for the standard data and air time rates for the download from your Device according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement. Each rate plan may vary, and entrants should review their Service Agreement for information on rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes.
2) Once the mobile game has been downloaded, you must play the entire game until a pop up screen appears with a code and website address. The Wolfman game takes approximately one to one and a half hours to complete.
3) Take the code online to www.namcogames.com/thewolfman and complete/submit the Official Online Entry Form in its entirety. In order for an online entry to be valid, entrant must have a valid e-mail address and must click the "submit" button. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm ET on April 30, 2010.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither Sponsors nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
B. MAIL-IN: To receive an entry without purchasing, mail a 3" x 5" card, including your name, age, physical address, contact phone and e-mail address to "The Wolfman" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10849, Rochester, NY 14610. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2010 and received by May 10, 2010 in order to be eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsors, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different wireless devices, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.
Drawing/Odds: All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into a random drawing, to be conducted on or about May 24, 2010 by The National Sweepstakes Company, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. All submissions are subject to validation by the judging organization. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Universal Studios in Hollywood, CA. The Grand Prize includes: a) round trip coach-class airfare for two (2) to and from major airport nearest winner's home and Los Angeles, CA, b) three (3) days/ two (2) nights at the Universal Hilton Hotel in Universal City, CA, c) ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, d) two (2) VIP Experience at Universal Studios, e) two (2) Wolfman movie one-sheets, h) two (2) 12" Wolfman action figure from Mezco Toys, and i) two (2) Wolfman movie prop replica medallions from Mezco Toys. The Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,168.08.
Trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor is not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Grand Prize descriptions above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, additional meals, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Any taxes imposed on the income of the winner as a result of winning the Grand Prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo I.D. and/or passports) prior to departure. Travel companions must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Unless children of winner, travel companions must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel companion is a minor (based on age of majority in jurisdiction of residence), he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian (i.e., the winner), and his/her parent/legal guardian must sign releases on his/her behalf. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. No transfer or substitution of prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize comparable value. There is no cash alternative offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any difference between the stated Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and the actual value will not be awarded.
First Prizes: Twenty (20) First Prize Winners will be awardedone (1) Wolfman movie one-sheet and one (1) classic Wolfman DVD. Total ARV of each First Prize is $51.99.
Second Prizes: Fifty (50) Second Prize Winners will be awarded one (1) Wolfman movie one-sheet. Total ARV of each Second Prize is $25.
Total ARV of all Prizes is $5,457.88.
Prize Restrictions: The value of the Prize may be taxable as income to the Prize winner. In addition, Prize winner is solely responsible, at his/her own cost, for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes as related to the acceptance and use of the Prize. No transfer or substitution of Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsors. Potential Prize winners consent to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a Release as a condition of winning a prize).
Grand Prize Claim: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return, within seven (7) days of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (the "Release"), a Travel Companion Waiver, and an IRS W-9 Form (collectively "Paperwork") in order to claim prize. If potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days from the date of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the Paperwork within seven (7) days of the date notified, potential Grand Prize winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
First and Second Prize Claim: Except where prohibited, the potential Second prize winner's prize will be fulfilled within four to six weeks of the drawing date.
General Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsors and Sprint Communications Company L.P., Verizon Wireless, Alltel Communications LLC., AT&T, T-Mobile USA, Inc., U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS Wireless Inc., Boost Worldwide Inc. (the "Wireless Carriers"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, director, agents, representatives and employees, advertising and promotion agencies, from all claims or damages arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, ownership or use of any prize or prize related activity. Sponsors do not provide any implied or express warranty, guarantee or representation, in law or equity, pertaining any third party product or service supplied in whole or in part as a prize for this Sweepstakes. If for any reason any electronic portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process, and to award prizes among eligible entries not affected by the problem. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, busy signals, communication network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any wireless or wired telephone network, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software; or failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on any telephone or internet connection, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. No responsibility assumed for late or misdirected mail. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

The Wireless Carriers and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
